For my life drawing final I had to do myself as an iconic figure. The most natural choice was shaggy from Scooby Doo. I mean, I even own his outfit and I wore it to class that day. I look a little joker-tastic in the face and the skin tone is a little off because the tips I followed had me using some violet that even after burnishing had this off-putting color next to the green of the shirt. Now that I have a month off I hope to finish a handful of projects I've been picking away at during the semester. A munny, a skateboard, a few small oils and get back to sketching. Oh sweet doodling, how I've missed you. Here's a page from my sketchbook.
